Severn River Holdings is an operations-focused investment partnership founded by two former military officers and business leaders who are now exclusively focused on acquiring and operating a lower middle-market company.
We are self-funded and the sole voting members on the investment committee. Should additional capital be required to fund the investment, we have built relationships with seasoned capital partners who understand the need to be flexible and move quickly. In other words, we can likely move faster and be more accommodating than most other lower middle-market search funds and private equity groups that you will encounter.
Unlike many buyers, Severn’s management will assume major leadership roles in the acquisition on Day 1. We are 100% committed to a smooth and orderly transition with the current ownership and intend to steadily grow the company for many years to come. Although we have significant experience in corporate M&A transactions, we are primarily operations-focused leaders with approximately 20 years of collective management and leadership experience.
